The Baers are an auxiliary group of Eiche that is open to all male members over the age of 35. The Baers meet on the 3rd Monday of every month, with several volunteer members preparing a dinner for the 30 or so members.
In the winter months they participate in bowling before the 6 p.m. meeting. During the summer months they play golf then have a cookout and meeting.
The Baers assist Eiche in many ways, including donating money for specific need or want items. Recently, a group of Baers painted and stained the exterior of the building. They also have a Bunny Breakfast on Easter, a father-son night in the fall, and a mens smokers in the winter.
